We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The bedrooms are clean and the hotel facilities are great. We were able to park our car easily in the hotel parking. Transportation to this city is also very convenient since it's located in the downtown. Lastly, the staff was very accommodating and hospitable – making our stay all the more enjoyable.

Everything is what we need and want.

We have stayed at this hotel only for one night, passing by Bulgaria on our way to Greece. The rooms are big, pretty quiet, clean and comfortable.

They had some problems with the plummings in the bathroom. The breakfast (continental breakfast) is pretty basic with boiled egg, ham, jam, butter, chesse, coffee or tea.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. the staff were super friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were attentive and always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries. Secondly, the rooms were clean and designed in a traditional Bulgarian style, which added a unique touch to the overall experience. Lastly, the location of the hotel was ideal, situated in the center of the city, it was convenient for exploring the downtown area and accessing various attractions.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

The price for a good, modern and clean room. Perfect stay for a night en route home from Greece, but I would go even to see the mountains there. Much more nice than anything you can ever find in Greece.

We have arrived on saturday evening and there was a big party in the hotel restaurant, so a bit noisy for even the second floor, but that didn't last long.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the downtown area. the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the friendly and well-trained staff provide excellent service, going above and beyond to assist guests. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including delicious scrambled eggs. the hotel offers a spa area with saunas and a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, which may not be convenient for those who prefer to be in the midst of all the action.

I had the most incredible stay at a hotel in Sandanski recently. The rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious, with all the basic amenities you could need. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the downtown area. The staff were so friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure I had a comfortable stay. And let's not forget about the breakfast - there were so many delicious options to choose from, it was a great way to start the day.

All in all, my stay was fantastic and I couldn't fault a single thing.

    Location was good

Picked this hotel as needed a travel cot which was in the room but had no mattress just a duvet laid on top of the metal bars, absolutely ridiculous there was no way anyone could have slept on it. Receptionist was unbelievably unhelpful saying the baby could sleep in the bed with us which were twin beds that didn't meet in the middle so our daughter would have probably got body parts stuck down there. the worst part was there was no apology for the fact that they expected my 1 year old to sleep on a metal bar and even once I made it clear this wasn't acceptable she just carried on with the same bad attitude. If you have a choice of another hotel and you have children then definitely don't use this one.

Large, clean rooms, very impressive rustic furniture. Restaurant on-site, open until late, we had an excellent dinner. Friendly staff.
